Mr. Umar Mamadou Mansaray is an MSc. Researcher in Finance and Economics, ACCA student with a strong background in Financial Economics. Holds a BSc in Applied Accounting and an MSc in Finance and Accounting from the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM), University of Sierra Leone.

Umar has worked extensively in the Ministry of Finance (Review Unit, Internal Audit Unit), Payroll Unit at the Accountant General’s Department, Teaching Service Commission and now at the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Country Planning with over nine (9) years of working experience. He conducts independent audits of the Ministry’s financial and operational processes, providing assurance on internal controls and risk management.
