Director Dauda holds an MSc. in Geosciences (Spatial Information Science) from the University of Tsukuba in Japan; B.Eng. in Surveying and Mapping Engineering from the China University of Geosciences and Diploma in Land Surveying
Mr. Tamba S. Dauda is the Professional Head and Director of Surveys and Lands. In this capacity, he provides expert technical leadership over land surveying, mapping, and land administration. He ensures that the Ministry’s professional standards are upheld and that land services are delivered with accuracy and integrity. His international wealth of experience has brought massive transformation in the world of digital mapping. Mr. Dauda is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin).
Dauda has worked as Senior Staff Surveyor (2011 – 2016); Surveyor Draughtsman (2004 – 2006); Field Surveyor (2001 – 2004); Student Surveyor (1996 – 2001);
He is also an Associate Member of the Sierra Leone Institute of Engineers.
